Senior Quality Specialist

About the role

The Senior Quality Specialist will lead the implementation and continuous improvement of quality systems, dashboards, and digital tools, integrating AI and machine learning to enhance efficiency and insight for business leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Quality Leadership Team on the digital and AI roadmap, advising on solutions that enhance quality capabilities.
• Administer quality digital systems, tools, and dashboards, providing first‑line support, managing user access, and coordinating enhancements with IT teams.
• Develop AI‑enabled automation, intelligent data validation, and automated workflows to simplify quality processes and reporting.
• Promote adoption of digital and AI tools across the Quality community, delivering training and maintaining AI‑retrievable knowledge repositories.

Required profile

• University degree in a relevant discipline with approximately 8 years of related experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Strong understanding of digital tools, data governance, and AI agents such as Copilot.
• Pragmatic, structured, process‑oriented mindset with high attention to detail and data integrity.
