Senior Quality Supervisor – Colombia

About the role

The Senior Quality Supervisor will lead the execution of GxP quality system elements for commercial and delivery operations in the Colombian market. This role ensures product safety and compliance while supporting the upcoming transition to DePuy Synthes.

Key responsibilities

• Accountable for execution of GxP quality system elements, including NC/CAPA, Change Control, handling, storage, distribution, NPI/Product Lifecycle, and Supplier Quality Management.
• Ensure flawless execution of core GxP processes and maintain effective communication with key stakeholders, focusing on product, patient, and client needs.
• Supervise quality analysts to guarantee proper execution of quality system elements and oversee warehouse and distribution operations.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree in pharmacy, engineering or a scientific discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality within medical devices, pharmaceuticals or consumer products.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Experience with issue investigation, remediation, audits and health‑authority inspections.
