Senior Quality Supervisor – Commercial Operations

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Quality Supervisor to lead GxP quality system execution for commercial and delivery operations in the Colombian market. The role will oversee quality analysts and ensure compliance across product lifecycle, supplier quality, and distribution processes.

Key responsibilities

• Execute GxP quality system elements including NC/CAPA, change control, handling, storage, distribution, NPI, and supplier quality management.
• Supervise quality analysts to guarantee proper execution of quality system elements and warehouse/distribution operations.
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, focusing on product, patient, and client safety.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree in pharmacy, engineering, or a scientific discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of quality experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or consumer products.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.

Required skills

• CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) management.
• ISO 9001 compliance.
• Quality Management Systems (QMS) implementation.
• Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) development and maintenance.
• Issue investigation and remediation.
