Senior Quality Supervisor – Commercial Operations

About the role

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior Quality Supervisor to lead GxP quality system execution for commercial and delivery operations in the Colombian market. The role will transition to DePuy Synthes following the planned orthopedics business separation.

Key responsibilities

• Execute GxP quality system elements including NC/CAPA, change control, handling, storage, distribution, NPI/product lifecycle, and supplier quality management.
• Supervise quality analysts and ensure flawless execution of core GxP processes across warehouse and distribution functions.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to maintain product, patient, and client safety.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree in pharmacy, engineering, or a scientific discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of quality experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or consumer products.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.

Required skills

• CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) management.
• ISO 9001 and Quality Management Systems (QMS) knowledge.
• Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) development and implementation.
• Audit execution and health authority inspection experience.
