Senior React / React Native Developer (TMS + AI Platform)

About the role

We are seeking a senior Frontend & Mobile Developer to own the web dashboard and mobile application of a next‑generation Transportation Management System enriched with AI capabilities. You will work closely with the backend team to deliver real‑time, data‑heavy interfaces for drivers, dispatchers, and owner‑operators.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement complex React web dashboards using TypeScript, role‑based access, advanced forms, and real‑time shipment updates via WebSockets or Server‑Sent Events.
• Build and maintain a multi‑role React Native app with offline‑first architecture, permission‑based navigation, and reliable data synchronization.
• Integrate device camera for document capture, push notifications (FCM/APNS), and deep linking to specific screens.
• Develop AI‑powered features such as streaming chat, OCR document processing, and action audit interfaces.
• Optimize performance and responsiveness across web and mobile platforms, handling large datasets and background processes.

Required profile

• 4+ years of React Native experience or 3+ years of React (web) development.
• Proven delivery of at least one production app on both the App Store and Google Play.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and modern state‑management solutions.
• Experience with offline‑first mobile design, real‑time data handling, and device‑level integrations.
