Senior Recruiter – Remote (Bogotá) for U.S. Market

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our fast‑paced, agency‑style team. Based in Bogotá and working remotely, you will source and place talent for a portfolio of U.S. and Canadian clients across various industries.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer negotiation.
• Create and optimise job descriptions and publish them through our ATS and leading job boards.
• Proactively head‑hunt and source passive candidates, focusing on senior‑level and sales roles.
• Design interview processes tailored to each position and conduct candidate interviews.
• Maintain regular communication with U.S. clients, providing updates and resolving recruitment challenges.

Required profile

• Resides in Bogotá and available full‑time (Mon‑Fri 8:30‑17:30).
• 4‑5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in an agency serving U.S. clients.
• Strong English proficiency (C1) for daily written and verbal communication.
• Demonstrated ability in headhunting, cold hiring and client management.

Required skills

• Experience with applicant tracking systems and major job boards.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑starter mindset with sharp talent‑spotting instincts.
