Senior Recruiter – Remote (Latin America & South Africa)

About the role

Blacksmith Agency is looking for a Senior Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end hiring for its fast‑moving, remote teams across Latin America, South Africa and beyond. You will act as a brand ambassador and talent scout, partnering directly with leadership to attract top talent in sales, design, development and strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment cycle from intake call to final offer.
• Source and engage candidates across multiple regions, ensuring a seamless Blacksmith‑standard experience.
• Evaluate applicants for skills, cultural fit and performance potential.
• Maintain a warm bench of freelance and full‑time talent to enable rapid hiring.
• Keep a clean, data‑driven pipeline in the ATS and keep hiring managers informed.

Required profile

• 2+ years of full‑cycle recruiting, preferably in a tech, digital or creative agency.
• High accountability mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Global perspective comfortable with different time zones and cultures.
• Strong ATS proficiency and a passion for streamlined, automated workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
