Senior Recruiting Coordinator

About the role

The Senior Recruiting Coordinator will own the end‑to‑end pre‑boarding experience for candidates across Emapta’s global operations. Working remotely, you will ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to day‑one, supporting the company’s rapid growth and high‑volume hiring needs.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and distribute accurate offer letters to selected candidates.
• Coordinate background checks, drug screens, motor vehicle records and other pre‑employment requirements.
• Use the pre‑boarding platform to initiate, track and automate candidate workflows.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and resolving inquiries.
• Verify completion of all required documentation before start dates.
• Identify onboarding bottlenecks and collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to resolve them.
• Maintain precise candidate records in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition operations, HR operations or onboarding.
• Proven track record managing high‑volume pre‑boarding and onboarding activities.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of discretion.
• Advanced organizational and time‑management abilities.
