Senior Recruitment Specialist – Bogota

About the role

Horatio is looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Specialist to lead its talent acquisition team in Bogota. This on‑site position will drive strategic hiring initiatives across all levels, ensuring recruitment aligns with the company’s overall objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Recruitment Manager in overseeing the department, directing workflows, and fostering a collaborative, high‑engagement environment.
• Track individual and departmental KPIs, manage the team’s budget, and maintain recruitment trackers.
• Collaborate with support areas and the Recruitment Marketing team to align business needs, open requisitions, and candidate pipeline.
• Assess applications, conduct initial interviews, and manage multiple recruitment processes for staff and associate roles.
• Identify and attract candidates using various sourcing tools, including social networks, traditional networking, and referrals.
• Exercise sound judgment and discretion in HR matters, resolve conflicts, and interpret company policies.
• Provide mentorship and coaching to junior and mid‑level recruiters, delivering regular feedback and skill‑development sessions.
• Participate in executive leadership meetings as needed, presenting results and strategic recommendations.

Required profile

• Advanced, near‑native English proficiency.
• Background in BPO recruitment, especially for staff‑level positions.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Strategic mindset with ability to scale recruitment efforts.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong influence, negotiation, and discretion.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills.
