Senior Recruitment Specialist – Bogotá

About the role

Horatio is looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Specialist to lead its Bogotá talent acquisition team. You will drive strategic hiring initiatives across all levels, ensuring alignment with the company’s broader objectives while working on‑site in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Recruitment Manager in overseeing the department, directing workflows, and fostering a collaborative, high‑engagement environment.
• Track individual and departmental KPIs, manage the team’s budget, and maintain recruitment trackers.
• Collaborate with support areas and the Recruitment Marketing team to align business needs, open requisitions, and candidate pipelines.
• Assess applications, conduct initial interviews, and manage multiple recruitment processes for staff and associate vacancies.
• Identify and attract candidates using online social networks, traditional networking, and referrals.
• Exercise sound judgment and discretion in HR matters, including conflict resolution and policy interpretation.
• Provide administrative recruitment support and champion Horatio’s culture and values.
• Mentor junior and mid‑level recruiters through coaching, skill‑development sessions, and regular feedback.
• Participate in executive leadership meetings to present results, analysis, and strategic recommendations when needed.

Required profile

• Advanced, near‑native English proficiency.
• Background in BPO recruitment, especially staff‑level roles; leadership experience preferred.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to scale recruitment efforts.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast‑changing environment.
• Strong influence, negotiation, discretion, and adaptability.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills and a highly organized, self‑starter attitude.
