Senior Sales Development Representative – Electrical Products

About the role

Join TE as a Senior Sales Development Representative, focusing on distributors, contractors and utilities markets. You will promote TE’s full range of cable accessories, connectors and smart‑grid solutions while expanding the customer base.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and meet sales forecasts and key performance metrics.
• Develop deep understanding of customers’ market position, product offerings and competitive landscape.
• Generate demand by delivering trainings, technical presentations and seminars on TE products.
• Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders and manage key accounts.
• Prepare commercial bids/tenders, negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profit.
• Collaborate with BDMs, product managers, specialists and application engineers to define technical solutions.
• Coordinate contract and purchase‑order follow‑up with customer care, operations and finance teams.

Required profile

• Electrical Engineering degree with a background in sales or marketing.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a sales engineer or account manager in distribution, contractor or utility channels.
• Proven track record in managing key accounts and achieving sales targets.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Self‑motivated, able to work with minimal supervision and thrive in a growth‑oriented environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce software for CRM and pipeline management.
