Senior Sales Executive – Freight Forwarding (Chile)

About the role

Jet Freight Logistics Inc is expanding its India‑Chile trade lane and needs a senior sales professional based in Santiago. As the commercial face of the company in Chile, you will build a new client portfolio of importers and exporters that trade with India, focusing on automotive components, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, textiles and industrial machinery.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and convert Chilean importers and exporters trading with India, generating new business from scratch.
• Meet prospects and clients in person across Santiago and key port areas to build trust.
• Prepare and present quotations in coordination with pricing teams in India and negotiate terms.
• Manage and grow the accounts you win, ensuring service quality and customer retention.
• Provide market intelligence on competitors, rates and demand trends in the Chilean freight market.
• Report on pipeline, activity and results against monthly commercial targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in freight forwarding, international logistics or express services in Chile.
• Established network of Chilean importers and exporters with a proven record of winning new accounts.
• Professional working English and strong understanding of air and ocean freight, Incoterms and Chilean foreign trade regulations.
• Based in Santiago with ability to travel locally for client meetings.
• Self‑directed and comfortable structuring your own commercial activity.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM tools and structured pipeline reporting.
