Senior Sales Executive

About the role

Join FIS as a Senior Sales Executive focusing on the Capital Market industry in LATAM. You will drive new business, sell tailored solutions to banks, insurers, and asset managers, and contribute to rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new accounts and sell Capital Market solutions to banks, insurance companies, and asset managers.
• Identify prospects, present proposals, and negotiate, structure, and close deals.
• Demonstrate product knowledge, market intelligence, and competitive positioning.
• Assist in creating sales plans and strategies to meet targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record of sales success in the Capital Market industry.
• Strong negotiation, communication, decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.

Required skills

• General knowledge of financial and payment‑solutions technology.
• Experience selling into banking, insurance, or investment‑banking sectors.
