Senior Sales Manager – Bogotá

About the role

DHL Express Colombia is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead and implement marketing and sales strategies that drive commercial growth across the country.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the regional commercial strategy to position DHL as the leading international transportation provider, increasing market share and achieving ambitious targets.
• Analyze logistics market trends, key industries, competitors, risks and opportunities to guide decision‑making.
• Provide cross‑functional strategic support to regions, collaborating with Operations, HR, IT, Customer Service and Security on high‑impact projects.
• Build and lead a high‑performing management team, strengthening strategic, commercial and leadership capabilities.
• Design and implement strategic sales plans focused on key commercial KPIs and growth opportunities.
• Drive regional expansion through new customer acquisition, increased market penetration and development of new products, services and business hubs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Trade or Economics.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and leadership roles.
• Experience delivering commercial presentations at executive/leadership level.
• Experience in sales reporting analysis and project management.
• Knowledge of international trade and strong negotiation skills.
• Advanced English proficiency.
