Senior SAP Ariba Consultant – Remote

About the role

Senior SAP Ariba Consultant responsible for executing a complete data exit from SAP Ariba and migrating contracts, documents, and approval audit trails into Workday environments. The role requires deep hands‑on expertise with Ariba extraction channels and compliance‑focused data handling.

Key responsibilities

• Extract contract, document, and approval data from Ariba using all available extraction channels, handling OAuth 2.0 authentication, rate‑limiting, and resume‑from‑manifest strategies.
• Build field‑level crosswalks mapping Ariba data to Workday load contracts and model contract hierarchies, predecessor lineages, and amendment chains.
• Design and implement an evidence‑preservation strategy for historical approval audit trails.
• Develop extraction pipelines and staging layers with error handling and reconciliation before loading into Workday.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in SAP Ariba migration and extraction consulting with hands‑on exit experience.
• Practical command of all four Ariba extraction channels and experience with OAuth 2.0 client‑credentials authentication.
• Experience mapping Ariba data into Workday CLM, understanding different Workday contract stacks.
• Background in compliance and audit environments such as SOX.

Required skills

• SAP Ariba extraction (admin file export, Operational & Analytical Reporting APIs, Project Document Management API, legacy integration toolkit).
• OAuth 2.0, API rate‑limit handling, manifest‑based resume patterns.
• Workday data loading (submit‑supplier‑contract, submit‑amendment web services) and CLM concepts.
• SAP BTP/Integration Suite, SFTP, API development.
