Senior SAP S/4HANA Credit Management Consultant

About the role

EPAM is looking for a senior SAP S/4HANA Credit Management Consultant to lead functional design, implementation and rollout of Credit Management capabilities across a global SAP landscape. You will act as the primary SME, collaborating with business stakeholders, architects, development and integration teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead functional design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Credit Management/FSCM Credit Management.
• Own solution design ensuring alignment with Order-to-Cash architecture and business processes.
• Facilitate workshops to gather credit policies, risk‑management requirements and market‑specific needs.
• Configure and optimize credit segments, limits, exposure, scoring, automatic checks and block/release processes.
• Define and validate integration with Sales & Distribution, Finance, Business Partner and related systems.
• Prepare functional specifications for enhancements and work closely with ABAP and integration teams.
• Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, cut‑over, go‑live and hyper‑care activities.
• Contribute to a global template and manage localization for market rollouts.

Required profile

• 3+ years hands‑on experience with SAP S/4HANA Credit Management/FSCM and Order‑to‑Cash processes.
• Proven ability to lead functional workshops and communicate with senior business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex cross‑functional SAP issues.
• Experience across full implementation lifecycle: design, build, SIT, UAT, cut‑over, go‑live and hyper‑care.
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
