Senior Search Associate (SEO) – WPP Media

About the role

WPP Media is seeking a Senior Search Associate to lead and optimise SEO strategies across multiple brands in LATAM markets. You will drive organic visibility, qualified traffic and engagement by combining technical SEO, content optimisation and AI‑driven search initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies for a portfolio of brands, focusing on technical SEO, on‑page optimisation and keyword research.
• Analyse organic performance using GA4, Search Console and other analytics tools to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead AI‑driven search projects such as AEO, GEO, AI Overviews and LLM‑based platforms.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional and regional teams to align search initiatives with business objectives.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of hands‑on SEO experience, preferably in a digital agency or multinational environment.
• Proven ability to manage regional projects and work with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach to optimisation.
