Senior SEO & AEO Copywriter (Remote, LATAM)

About the role

Viva is building an in‑house SEO content engine and needs a senior copywriter to own the entire content creation process. You will write SEO‑ and AI‑optimized pages that rank on Google, appear in AI search overviews, and convert busy executives into customers.

Key responsibilities

• Write and publish SEO and AEO content from keyword‑cluster briefs to final pages, including solution pages, guides and content refreshes.
• Run an AI‑assisted workflow using AirOps, ChatGPT, Claude or similar tools for research, outlines and drafts, then apply personal judgment for accuracy and voice.
• Optimize existing pages using Google Search Console and GA4, deciding what to rewrite, consolidate or improve.
• Apply on‑page SEO and AEO best practices: headings, metadata, internal linking, schema, direct answers and FAQs.
• Research competitors, identify content gaps and ranking opportunities.
• Own the editorial calendar and deliver clean, dev‑ready handoffs to the WordPress developer.
• Build processes and quality standards for consistent, high‑quality content.

Required profile

• 5+ years professional copywriting or content writing, with at least 3 years focused on SEO.
• Proven ability to turn keyword clusters into publish‑ready pages.
• Near‑native English (C1) with fluency for a US audience.
• Structured, autonomous work style; can build processes and ship without constant direction.

Required skills

• On‑page SEO and AEO techniques (headings, metadata, schema, internal linking).
• AI content platforms such as AirOps, ChatGPT, Claude.
• Google Search Console and GA4 for performance analysis.
• WordPress or similar CMS for publishing.
