Senior Sourcing Specialist – Procurement

About the role

The Senior Sourcing Specialist in Procurement will join Kenvue’s Global Sourcing Operations team in Bogotá. You will be responsible for end‑to‑end sourcing activities, contract creation and negotiation across multiple categories such as Marketing, HR, R&D, IT and Capital projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full sourcing cycle for tactical and delegated spend, from spend analysis to supplier selection.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies, delivering cost savings and compliance with Kenvue policies.
• Create, negotiate, and administer contracts (MSAs, SOWs, agency agreements, consulting and research agreements) using the CLM system.
• Handle contract amendments, renewals, expirations and terminations, ensuring timely supplier signatures.
• Maintain supplier communications, resolve issues, and support stakeholder engagement.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance and subject‑matter experts to address escalations and ensure contractual compliance.
• Monitor supplier performance and optimize the supplier base across assigned categories.

Required profile

• Proven experience in procurement or sourcing with end‑to‑end responsibility for contracts.
• Strong knowledge of contract lifecycle management processes and tools.
• Ability to negotiate contract terms and manage redlines.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Kenvue’s business policies and compliance requirements.
