Senior Specialist – Creative Strategy & Performance (Paid Marketing)

About the role

Docplanner's Paid Marketing team is seeking a Senior Specialist in Creative Strategy & Performance to own the full creative lifecycle for paid media across multiple markets. This hybrid strategist/operator role blends creative thinking with data‑driven process discipline.

Key responsibilities

• Define the creative strategy and testing roadmap for paid campaigns across all markets and platforms.
• Own the end‑to‑end production workflow, coordinating briefs, design, localization and trafficking.
• Run structured A/B and multivariate tests on Meta and other paid channels, setting hypotheses and success metrics.
• Implement and monitor creative‑level tracking to ensure accurate performance attribution.
• Step into hands‑on campaign management when capacity is stretched or new market initiatives arise.

Required profile

• 4+ years of performance marketing experience with a proven track record in creative strategy.
• Hands‑on experience in paid media campaign set‑up and management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage creative production across designers, agencies and local teams at scale.
• Strong analytical skills, comfortable pulling and interpreting creative performance data independently.
• Fluent English; Spanish or Portuguese a plus.
