Senior Specialist, Global Product Management

About the role

The Mastercard Services global product team is looking for an experienced Senior Specialist to lead the Mastercard Business Intelligence product. This role blends product ownership, technical fluency, and rigorous execution to help customers worldwide make smarter, data‑driven decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and prioritize roadmap deliverables for the Business Intelligence product.
• Develop detailed program execution plans, align cross‑functional dependencies, and track progress.
• Anticipate and mitigate risks, manage escalations, and make trade‑off decisions between business needs and technical constraints.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, UX, and senior leaders across partner teams to deliver complex projects.
• Ensure alignment across global teams and maintain a deep understanding of platform integration patterns and organizational capabilities.
