Senior Specialist, Legal Services (Contracts)

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Specialist to join its Global Business Services Center (GBSC) Legal Services team. The role focuses on end‑to‑end contract preparation and execution for a portfolio of transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and delivering a positive customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full contract lifecycle from request intake through signature for vendor and commercial agreements.
• Conduct triage of contract requests to verify alignment with established policies and procedures.
• Draft, review, and negotiate routine contracts such as NDAs, software license agreements, support service agreements, and consulting services agreements.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to resolve legal and business issues.
