Senior Specialist, Source-to-Contract

About the role

The Senior Specialist, Source-to-Contract will lead the delivery of procurement activities across the Americas, ensuring alignment with global services and business strategy. You will work closely with category teams, legal, IT and other stakeholders to drive sourcing, contracting and automation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Mentor and collaborate with a team of Source-to-Contract analysts.
• Manage day‑to‑day S2C operations including sourcing events, price negotiations, contract drafting, execution and stakeholder management.
• Drive continuous improvement of user experience, efficiency and effectiveness.
• Own product backlog for S2C tools and AI features, gathering requirements, prioritising, testing and rolling out enhancements.
• Build strong relationships with business partners to understand and influence their needs.
• Partner with Category Procurement, Legal, Compliance, IT and Security to align contracts with strategy, data privacy and regulatory requirements.
• Support digital data requirements, documenting data quality, lineage and integration points.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of procurement, finance or related business experience.
• Strong collaboration, communication and influencing skills.
• Adaptability, learning agility and a focus on continuous process and technology improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
