Senior Specialist, Source-to-Contract

About the role

The Senior Specialist, Source-to-Contract will lead the Service Delivery Procurement S2C function for the Americas, ensuring alignment with global strategy and delivering high‑quality sourcing and contracting outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Mentor and collaborate with a team of Source-to-Contract analysts.
• Manage day‑to‑day S2C operations, including sourcing events, price negotiations, contract drafting, execution and stakeholder management.
• Drive continuous improvements in user experience, effectiveness and efficiency.
• Own product ownership for S2C tools and AI features, gathering requirements, prioritising, testing and rolling out enhancements.
• Build strong relationships with business partners, category procurement, legal, compliance, IT and security to align sourcing with strategy and regulatory needs.
• Support digital data‑requirements discipline, documenting data quality, lineage, integration points and privacy/security controls.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 4‑6 years of procurement, finance or related business experience.
• Strong collaboration, communication and influencing skills.
• Adaptability, learning agility and a proactive mindset for process and technology improvement.
• Fluency in English required; Portuguese preferred.
