Senior Strategist

About the role

As a Senior Strategist you will develop insight‑led marketing and communications strategies that address client challenges and improve brand performance. You will collaborate across creative, media, data and production teams to turn strategic thinking into impactful campaigns while mentoring fellow strategists.

Key responsibilities

• Develop marketing and communications strategies aligned with client goals and measurable outcomes.
• Partner with clients to understand business challenges and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with creative, media, data, and production teams to integrate strategies across channels.
• Analyze markets, audiences, competitors, and industry trends to inform strategic direction.
• Manage multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables to meet client expectations.
• Mentor strategists and client managers, fostering development and collaboration.
• Evaluate performance against KPIs and refine strategies based on results.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience in strategy, marketing, or consulting, preferably in an agency setting.
• Track record of developing effective, innovative strategies across clients and industries.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience using AI tools and methodologies to improve strategic workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate in a fast‑paced environment.
