Senior Supply Chain Planner

About the role

The Senior Supply Chain Planner will lead demand forecasting, inventory planning and supplier management to ensure optimal stock levels and uninterrupted production for Fresenius Medical Care in Bogotá.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement demand forecasting and inventory planning strategies across multiple manufacturing plants.
• Manage relationships with key suppliers, coordinate raw‑material shipments and resolve potential supply issues up to 18 months ahead.
• Analyze complex supply‑chain data, identify inefficiencies and drive process improvements.
• Prepare detailed performance reports and presentations for senior management.
• Maintain accurate SAP MRP data, bills of material, material masters and purchase requisitions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, MIS, Supply Chain Management or Business Administration.
• 3‑5 years of relevant supply‑chain planning experience.
• Strong analytical, written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
