About the role
An international company seeks a Senior Supply Planning Analyst to drive supply planning execution, inventory management and order fulfillment in Bogotá. The role combines analytical work with operational autonomy, requiring risk identification, cross‑functional coordination and timely decision‑making.
Key responsibilities
- Update and analyse planning data for sales orders, inventory, purchase orders and supply requirements.
- Review near‑term open orders to spot material shortages, service risks and required follow‑up actions.
- Analyse finished‑goods demand and inventory to set lead‑time expectations and support production planning.
- Create and manage production requisitions, planned orders and raw‑material requirements.
- Maintain finished‑goods bills of materials and coordinate raw‑material transfers between locations.
- Lead open‑order meetings with cross‑functional stakeholders, ensuring clear ownership and follow‑up.
- Maintain accurate comments and action plans for open orders to support visibility.
- Analyse inventory, purchase‑order and service data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Manage inventory dashboards, validate data, review trends and prepare monthly presentations.
- Escalate risks related to inventory availability, delayed supply or data inaccuracies.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in supply planning, material planning, inventory management or procurement.
- Solid understanding of supply planning, inventory management and service‑risk management.
- Upper‑intermediate to advanced English (B2+/C1) required for cross‑functional discussions.
- Proactive, autonomous and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

What we offer
- Monthly salary between COP 5,000,000 and COP 6,000,000, depending on experience.
- Hybrid work arrangement: three days onsite in Bogotá, two days remote.
