Senior Systems Engineer – Remote (Colombia)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Systems Engineer to join our technology team. The role focuses on infrastructure management, automation, and supporting Microsoft‑based environments for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain assigned infrastructure services and client environments.
• Lead SharePoint migration projects.
• Develop and implement PowerShell automation solutions.
• Monitor, patch, backup and secure systems following best practices.
• Handle incident management, perform root‑cause analysis and drive process improvements.
• Design API integrations and automation workflows.
• Create technical documentation and standardize processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, IT or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in systems/infrastructure engineering, cloud administration or similar roles.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, client‑facing communication skills and a continuous‑improvement mindset.

Required skills

• PowerShell scripting.
• Microsoft Azure administration and operations.
• Microsoft infrastructure management (Windows Server, Active Directory, SharePoint).
• Infrastructure monitoring, patching, backup management and security best practices.
• Incident management and root‑cause analysis.
• API integrations and automation workflow design.
• Technical documentation.
• Advanced English (C1) and Spanish proficiency.
