About the role

We are seeking a seasoned U.S. recruiter to join our Nearshore recruiting operations. The role focuses on full‑cycle recruiting for U.S. positions and offers the opportunity to develop into a team‑leadership position.

Key responsibilities

• Own full‑cycle recruiting for U.S. roles, from sourcing and screening to offer and placement.
• Contribute to aggressive hiring goals of approximately 75 hires per month, with placements as the main KPI.
• Build strong relationships with U.S. hiring managers and HR stakeholders.
• Maintain healthy candidate pipelines through creative sourcing and effective interviewing.
• Support and share best practices with a team of U.S.-based recruiters, evolving into a player‑coach role.
• Track and report recruiting metrics and delivery.
• Suggest process improvements and new recruiting strategies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience recruiting for the U.S. market and a track record of successful placements.
• Ability to work closely with U.S. hiring managers and HR teams.
• Readiness to grow into a leadership role; prior people‑management experience is a plus.
