Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter (Colombia)

About the role

Riveron is seeking a senior talent acquisition professional based in Colombia to partner with U.S. and Colombia business leaders. You will design and execute recruiting strategies that support both immediate hiring needs and long‑term growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead senior‑level and specialized searches across multiple practices, ensuring high‑quality, on‑time hires.
• Build diverse talent pipelines using talent intelligence, sourcing techniques, and recruiting technology.
• Manage recruiting systems, data integrity, reporting, and dashboards to provide actionable insights.
• Enhance Riveron’s employer brand and candidate experience through consistent, high‑quality engagement.
• Coach and develop junior TA members and contribute to recruiting programs such as campus recruiting and diversity initiatives.

Required profile

• 8+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience in a matrixed or professional services environment.
• Proven success recruiting for advisory and consulting roles (FP&A, Data & Analytics, Technology Enablement).
• Strong ability to partner with U.S. stakeholders, forecast hiring needs, and meet KPIs.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2+), with excellent communication and project‑management skills.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with ATS and recruiting platforms such as Ashby and Noon AI.
• Proficiency in Excel and/or PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting.
• Expertise in sourcing tools, AI‑powered recruiting solutions, and employer branding techniques.
