Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist – Bogotá

About the role

Infoquest is expanding its new Bogotá office and seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment and support core HR functions. You will partner with leadership to attract top talent, streamline hiring processes, and help shape a positive employee experience in a fast‑growing startup environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs and build talent pipelines.
• Establish relationships with universities, attend career fairs, and drive campus recruitment initiatives.
• Lead onboarding sessions, introduce company policies, systems, and culture to new hires.
• Maintain employee records, draft employment documents, and support continuous improvement of HR policies.
• Coordinate payroll processing and ensure accurate salary administration.
• Support employee relations, performance management, engagement, and Learning & Development projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading end‑to‑end recruitment in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong ability to partner with senior leadership and hiring managers.
• Experience designing and delivering onboarding programs.
• Familiarity with HR administration, payroll coordination, and policy implementation.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
