Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Loka is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment across Latin America and Europe. You will own the end‑to‑end hiring process for technical positions, ensuring a great candidate experience while supporting rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Interview candidates at all seniority levels and evaluate both technical and soft‑skill fit.
• Guide candidates through each recruitment stage, maintaining a positive experience and cultural alignment.
• Partner with hiring managers to design efficient, high‑quality hiring workflows.
• Develop regional and global recruiting initiatives leveraging marketing expertise.
• Track, analyze and report recruitment metrics, proposing data‑driven improvements.
• Identify and implement enhancements across the full recruiting lifecycle.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience recruiting technical roles in the IT industry.
• Strong interviewing and people‑management capabilities.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms; Greenhouse experience is a plus.
• Ability to analyse recruitment KPIs and optimise processes.
• Experience handling multiple recruitment projects and stakeholders.
• Excellent English communication skills; CV must be in English.
• Curious, autonomous, collaborative and adaptable mindset.
