About the role

Join Johnson & Johnson's dynamic Latin America Talent Acquisition Team as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Bogotá. You will be responsible for sourcing and hiring top talent for commercial operations and support functions, working closely with hiring managers to align talent strategy with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a strategic talent advisor, partnering with hiring managers to provide market insights and recruitment recommendations.
• Develop and execute talent strategies aligned with workforce planning and business direction.
• Stay ahead of industry trends to attract and retain high‑quality candidates.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruiting processes, leveraging digital tools and AI to enhance candidate experience.
• Use data and metrics to build diverse candidate pools and promote the employer brand.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of recruitment experience, preferably with exposure to the Panama market.
• Fluent in English; Portuguese and Spanish are a plus.
• Strong learning agility and ability to adapt quickly in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
