Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (Remote)

About the role

Kavren Technologies builds and runs the software and operations behind U.S. businesses in telehealth, outpatient clinical care, healthcare staffing and real estate technology. It is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, an independent contractor working full-time (40 hours per week) remotely from Colombia or Mexico, reporting to the CEO. The schedule is 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM ET, Monday to Friday, with pay of $3,000 to $4,000 per month in USD.

You will own recruiting from intake to signed offer for technology, healthcare staffing and operations roles, working closely with the People Operations Manager. The role suits someone who owns results, follows a defined process and keeps the team informed without being asked.

Key responsibilities

• Run full-cycle searches: intake, sourcing, screening, shortlist, offer and handoff to People Operations
• Source passive candidates with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search
• Present shortlists with a written recommendation per candidate
• Track time-to-fill, source of hire and stage conversion
• Update Jira daily for every search; send a weekly plan by 9:30 AM ET on Monday, a progress update by 3:00 PM ET on Wednesday and a weekly results report on Friday
• Answer or return Microsoft Teams calls within 10 minutes during business hours and act on direct feedback from the CEO and hiring managers

Required profile

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting, including technical roles
• Experience recruiting for U.S. companies
• Professional English and Spanish, written and spoken
• A record of on-time reporting and accurate ATS or tracker data
• Preferred: healthcare staffing recruiting (clinical or licensed roles) and Jira experience
