Senior Tax Consultant

About the role

Native Teams is seeking a Senior Tax Consultant to lead global tax compliance, advisory and planning for its fast‑growing platform. You will work remotely with cross‑functional teams to ensure tax efficiency and regulatory adherence across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage global corporate income tax (CIT) and VAT compliance, coordinating with local advisors.
• Monitor international tax law changes and assess operational impact.
• Provide strategic tax advice on cross‑border transactions, permanent establishment risks and tax‑efficient structuring.
• Support M&A activities, restructurings and new market entry from a tax perspective.
• Oversee VAT treatment of digital services, reverse‑charge rules and place‑of‑supply regulations.
• Handle personal income tax and mobility compliance for remote employees.
• Identify tax risks, improve processes and implement automation where feasible.
• Act as primary contact for internal and external stakeholders on international tax matters.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Taxation, Accounting, Finance or Law.
• Minimum 3 years of international taxation experience, preferably a mix of Big 4 and in‑house roles.
• Strong technical knowledge of CIT, VAT and PIT across multiple jurisdictions.
• Experience in the IT or EOR industry is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
