Senior Technical Consultant – ServiceNow Solutions

About the role

As a Senior Technical Consultant you will design and deliver innovative ServiceNow solutions that help clients solve complex business challenges and accelerate digital transformation. You will work within the ServiceNow practice, collaborating with clients, delivery teams, developers, consultants, and executive stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design and delivery of ServiceNow solutions aligned with business and technology objectives.
• Define platform, application, integration and governance strategies for scalable implementations.
• Partner with business stakeholders and executive leadership to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Guide clients on best practices, configuration vs customization decisions and roadmap planning.
• Establish architectural standards, development best practices and implementation governance.
• Mentor technical teams and provide architectural leadership throughout project lifecycles.
• Support pre‑sales activities, solution estimation and opportunity scoping for new engagements.

Required profile

• 3+ years of ServiceNow solution architecture experience or 5+ years consulting experience with advanced architecture leadership.
• Experience in large‑scale ServiceNow implementations across multiple business domains.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Application Developer and Implementation Specialist (ITSM) plus at least two additional CIS certifications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or equivalent professional experience.

Required skills

• Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture, integrations and solution design.
• Hands‑on experience with APIs, web services, REST, SOAP, JSON, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, AngularJS.
• Knowledge of modern integration technologies and enterprise‑scale governance frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and executive audiences.
