Senior Training & Education Specialist

About the role

Medtronic is seeking a Senior Training & Education Specialist to lead training and change‑management initiatives for Pricing & Contracting transformation programs. The role partners with product owners, subject‑matter experts and business leaders to design and deliver learning solutions that enable employees to adopt new processes, systems and ways of working.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, develop and coordinate in‑house product training programs for field support personnel and customers.
• Create training materials, course content and learning aids, selecting appropriate methodologies.
• Ensure training programs meet company and customer objectives and continuously update lesson plans.
• Facilitate virtual instructor‑led sessions and support end‑user adoption of new systems.
• Measure adoption success, gather feedback and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
• At least four years of experience designing and delivering training for technology implementations, process changes or digital transformations.
• Strong instructional‑design ability to create clear, engaging, role‑based learning materials.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft 365 applications (Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with Salesforce, CPQ (Configure‑Price‑Quote) and CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) platforms.
• Familiarity with TechSmith tools such as Snagit, Camtasia and Audiate.
