Senior Video Editor – Paid Social Ads

About the role

NeoWork is seeking a Senior Video Editor to lead the paid‑social ad production pipeline for a fast‑growing UK‑based DTC consumer app. You will create high‑performing portrait‑format video ads for Meta, TikTok and programmatic channels, working within an AI‑assisted workflow and managing a team of junior editors.

Key responsibilities

• Edit high‑volume 9:16 video ads for Meta, TikTok, AppLovin, Moloco and Unity, optimized for paid‑social performance.
• Cut hooks, generate variations and iterate rapidly on a weekly testing cycle.
• Integrate AI tools (e.g., ElevenLabs, Runway, ChatGPT) for voice‑over, dubbing and asset generation.
• Adapt master creatives into 12 language versions, handling VO timing, text length and platform constraints.
• Review junior editors’ work, provide feedback and raise technical and creative standards.
• Collaborate with the Creative Strategist on brief intake, concept testing and performance feedback.
• Maintain organized project files, exports and version control across shared asset libraries.

Required profile

• 5+ years editing social‑first video for paid‑social ads.
• Strong portfolio of portrait‑format paid ads with proven performance on Meta and/or TikTok.
• Hands‑on experience integrating AI tools into video workflows.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro and/or After Effects (motion, sound design, captions, dynamic text).
• Experience producing localized creative across multiple languages and markets.
• Comfortable mentoring junior editors and setting quality standards.
• Excellent written and spoken English for daily collaboration.
