Senior Web & SEO Manager

About the role

We are looking for a versatile, results‑driven Senior Web & SEO Manager to lead and grow the online presence of a personal injury and workers’ compensation law firm. Reporting directly to the leadership team, you will be the primary technical and execution pillar for SEO and web management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the organic search strategy and tactical roadmap to drive traffic, rankings and high‑intent lead conversion across practice areas.
• Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits, resolve site errors, improve page load speed, fix crawlability issues and implement structured schema markup.
• Maintain and update the firm’s WordPress website to ensure technical health, performance and visual integrity.
• Perform in‑depth keyword research and competitive analysis to identify high‑value terms and content gaps in the legal sector.
• Plan and deploy SEO‑driven web content with proper on‑page optimization.
• Own and optimize Google Business Profile and local citations to dominate local map‑pack rankings.
• Lead weekly syncs with leadership to present clear reporting on strategy and implementation.

Required profile

• 4+ years of SEO and web development experience for U.S. companies or law firms.
• Proven experience maintaining and updating WordPress sites.
• Strong track record of moving rankings and traffic through technical, on‑page and local SEO.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proactive, self‑directed worker capable of identifying technical risks and recommending solutions independently.
