SEO Account Manager (Remote, LATAM)

About the role

A digital marketing agency specializing in search engine optimization is looking for an SEO Account Manager to own client relationships and act as the main point of contact for SEO strategy and performance. The role is fully remote and open only to candidates in LATAM, with a full-time schedule aligned with EST/CST time zones. The candidate combines hands-on SEO knowledge with strong communication and a calm, solution-oriented approach.

Key responsibilities

• Manage ongoing communication and relationships with SEO clients.
• Lead client calls and address questions, concerns and challenging feedback.
• Analyze SEO performance and explain findings, rationale and expected impact to non-technical stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and recommendations across technical, on-page and off-page SEO.
• Build and maintain client dashboards and reports using SE Ranking, Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute client SEO strategies.
• Manage tasks, documentation and communication using Asana, Google Drive and Slack.

Required profile

• Proven hands-on experience in technical, on-page and off-page SEO.
• Experience independently managing SEO client accounts, ideally in an SEO or digital marketing agency.
• Ability to analyze SEO performance and turn data into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Experience leading client calls and handling objections professionally.
• Advanced English (C1+).

Required skills

• SE Ranking, Semrush or Ahrefs, plus Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
• Familiarity with Asana, Google Drive and Slack is a plus.
• Experience with knowledgeable SEO clients is a plus.
