SEO Manager – Remote (Global)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SEO Manager to lead our SEO department for a digital marketing agency focused on dental and healthcare practices. The role is fully remote and involves developing data‑driven strategies to increase organic traffic and conversions for wellness businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Create, implement and continuously refine SEO strategies for client websites.
• Monitor performance metrics, test tactics and adjust approaches based on data.
• Align SEO initiatives with broader marketing goals to deliver measurable results.
• Manage multiple client accounts and oversee local SEO for service‑area businesses.
• Conduct site audits, keyword research, content planning and link‑building campaigns.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience leading an SEO team and at least 6 years overall in SEO.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Proven track record of driving organic traffic and improving search rankings.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts, especially in local SEO for service‑area businesses.
