SEO & Organic Growth Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced SEO professional to own and expand Viva Talent’s organic search and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) initiatives. You will lead the development of a high‑performing SEO team while shaping the strategy that drives growth across AI‑powered search experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Own the SEO and AEO roadmap, set priorities, timelines, KPIs and drive day‑to‑day execution.
• Develop and implement a content strategy including keyword research, topic clustering, editorial briefs and alignment with business goals.
• Execute technical SEO tasks such as site architecture, crawl optimization, Core Web Vitals, schema markup and indexation.
• Build and lead the AEO strategy to improve visibility in AI search tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and Claude.
• Recruit, coach and manage the SEO team, establishing clear ownership and performance standards.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years as an SEO Manager with hands‑on technical and content SEO experience.
• 5‑8+ years of professional SEO experience and a track record of owning an end‑to‑end SEO roadmap.
• Practical experience with AEO and familiarity with AI‑driven search platforms.
• Experience using AirOps or a comparable SEO workflow tool.
• Proven ability to manage and develop an SEO team, set priorities and hold members accountable.
• Data‑driven reporting skills that connect organic performance to business outcomes.
