Service Operation Manager

About the role

Join our Service Operation team as a Service Operation Manager, reporting to the Business Line Manager. You will drive efficient aftermarket service delivery, lead a high‑performing team, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing aftermarket service team.
• Ensure operational excellence in aftermarket and maintenance service delivery.
• Build strong customer relationships and drive satisfaction across the service portfolio.
• Act as the primary escalation point for customer concerns and service‑related issues.
• Analyze service performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify new business opportunities and promote service growth within the customer base.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related field.
• Valid driver's license.
• Bilingual: native Spanish and advanced professional English.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance management, service operations, field service leadership, or similar supervisory roles.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating operational activities.
