About the role

We are seeking an experienced SIEM Engineer to join our Professional Services team. You will work directly with enterprise customers to design, deploy, and optimize Cortex XSIAM solutions, acting as a trusted advisor on SIEM and SOC best practices.

Key responsibilities

Design and implement log ingestion strategies for diverse environments.
Develop, tune, and maintain correlation and detection rules.
Support onboarding of new SIEM customers and integrate log sources.
Provide guidance on SOC processes, incident response, and automation of alert handling.
Produce technical documentation, security recommendations, and knowledge‑transfer materials.

Required profile

Minimum 6 years of hands‑on experience with SIEM platforms.
Proven experience in SOC environments and incident response.
Strong communication skills for customer‑facing consulting.
Intermediate proficiency in English.

Cortex XSIAM
Splunk, QRadar, Sumo Logic (or similar SIEM tools)
Log management and event correlation
Detection engineering and automation
Advanced Regex and log parsing
