Site Contract Specialist I

About the role

Join PSI CRO's Latin America team as a Site Contract Specialist I, supporting clinical research projects from a home‑based position in Colombia. You will be a key liaison between the study sites, legal, and project teams, ensuring contracts and budgets are accurately negotiated and documented.

Key responsibilities

• Review and negotiate site budgets and clinical trial agreements (CTAs) with investigators.
• Customize and prepare site‑specific contractual documents in cooperation with PSI Legal.
• Track CTA and investigator grant negotiation status in the Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS).
• Prepare executable contract versions, coordinate signatures, and file executed contracts in the Trial Master File.
• Liaise with project, translation, and legal departments on contracting and grant matters.

Required profile

• College or university degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Fluency in Spanish and English, both oral and written.
• Previous experience in study startup operations; finance and negotiation experience is desirable.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to plan and work effectively in a dynamic, multi‑functional team environment.
