Social Media & Content Creation Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media and Content Creation Specialist to own our clients' digital presence across key platforms. This full‑time remote position focuses on producing engaging, on‑brand content, managing social channels, and driving audience growth.

Key responsibilities

• Create high‑quality, on‑brand content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Edit videos and multimedia assets for posts, reels, and campaigns using modern editing tools.
• Plan and maintain content calendars to ensure consistent posting and brand alignment.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute content strategies that boost engagement and reach.
• Stay up‑to‑date with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
• Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages, fostering an authentic community.
• Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, impressions) and optimize strategies based on insights.
• Organize digital assets such as videos, images, templates, and brand materials.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator, Influencer, or Marketing Specialist.
• Strong video editing and short‑form content creation skills.
• Excellent English communication (B2+).
• Creative mindset with solid storytelling ability.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and take initiative.
• Portfolio or examples of previous content (required).
