Social Media & Content Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Social Media & Content Manager to shape and grow the online presence of a personal injury law firm and its lead attorney. The role blends creative video editing, copywriting and community engagement to reach a U.S. audience.

Key responsibilities

• Edit raw footage into polished Reels, TikToks, Shorts and feed videos.
• Write and schedule engaging copy for Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok.
• Manage cross‑platform distribution for both the firm’s official pages and the attorney’s personal accounts.
• Monitor comments and messages, providing light engagement to foster audience connection.
• Collaborate with the lead attorney to turn photos and updates into high‑performing social posts.

Required profile

• 2–3+ years of hands‑on experience managing social media and short‑form video production for U.S. companies.
• Proficiency with modern video editing tools and a strong understanding of platform dynamics.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Self‑directed, proactive attitude with the ability to identify technical risks and propose solutions.
