Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

CFI Financial Group is seeking a Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist to lead its Colombian digital presence. The role focuses on driving qualified account openings, expanding brand awareness, and delivering compliant, engaging content for the local market.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and TikTok Ads Manager, handling targeting, budgets, bidding and performance tracking.
• Develop a monthly social‑media calendar that blends education, market updates, tutorials and promotional posts, aligned with Colombian holidays and key economic events.
• Produce and adapt creative assets using Canva or CapCut, write briefs for design/video, and ensure compliance approval before publishing.
• Monitor campaign results in HubSpot and ad platforms, evaluate based on completed accounts, and recommend scaling, tweaking or pausing initiatives.

Required profile

• Native Spanish speaker with strong working English.
• Minimum 3 years managing social media and paid campaigns in fintech, banking, trading or another regulated sector.
• Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager and platform analytics.
• Demonstrated ability to test variables, analyse CPL/CPA metrics and optimise conversion quality.
