About the role

We are seeking a Social Media Lead to drive organic audience growth and community engagement for a fast‑growing digital entertainment portfolio. The role goes beyond scheduling posts; you will shape brand presence in real time by leveraging internet culture, trend velocity, and platform‑native strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Drive organic audience growth across TikTok, Reddit, X/Twitter, Instagram and emerging channels.
• Monitor internet trends and quickly adapt them into brand‑relevant content.
• Develop and execute platform‑native strategies that boost engagement and follower numbers.
• Build and nurture online communities for multiple digital brands.
• Collaborate with creative teams to produce culturally relevant campaigns.
• Utilize AI tools to accelerate content ideation and workflow efficiency.
• Analyze performance data and recommend optimisations.
• Test new engagement tactics and respond to platform changes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience leading organic growth on modern social platforms.
• Background in entertainment, creator economy, gaming, betting or adult‑adjacent industries is strongly preferred.
• Comfortable working in fast‑paced, high‑ownership environments.
