About the role

The Zone Podcast seeks a creative and organized Social Media Manager to strengthen the digital presence of its brands, projects, and clients. This hybrid role in Medellín requires strategic thinking, content creation, and community management across multiple accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media and content strategies for various brands.
• Create, schedule, publish, and monitor content on multiple platforms in English and Spanish.
• Maintain brand tone, identity, and editorial consistency.
• Manage online communities, respond to comments and messages.
• Coordinate content calendars, campaign approvals, and deadlines.
• Analyze performance metrics, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance content creation, research, and workflow efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams, designers, content creators, and clients.
• Support paid advertising, SEO, and digital campaigns as needed.

Required profile

• Professional fluency in English and Spanish with excellent writing skills.
• Proven experience in social media management, digital strategy, or community management.
• Ability to handle multiple accounts or clients simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills, autonomy, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.
